Police Respond to Altercation on Route 208, Three Strattanville Individuals Charged

CLARION COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Marienville-based State Police, around 4:44 a.m. on September 4, an incident of Disorderly Conduct occurred on State Route 208, Marble-Strobleton Road, Clarion County.

Police say this incident occurred as two females allegedly became involved in fighting and/or tumultuous behavior and caused a public annoyance, inconvenience, and alarm resulting in two police calls.

Once police were on the scene, the actors allegedly continued making unreasonable noise.

According to police, the following actors were involved:

23-year-old Kara Ingram, of Strattanville
27-year-old Shawn Reed, of Strattanville
24-year-old Brooke Reed, of Strattanville

Citations were filed for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.
