Police Release Details on Knox Men Accused of Criminal Mischief, Conspiracy

PERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, an incident of Criminal Mischief occurred at a residence along State Route 368 and Limeplant Road, in Perry Township, Clarion County.

Police say charges of Criminal Mischief and Criminal Conspiracy were filed against 21-year-old Donald E. Mansberger, III, and 22-year-old Joseph R.E. Parsons, both of Knox, following an incident that occurred around 11:43 a.m. on August 26, 2014.

According to police, Parsons allegedly drove Mansberger to a residence along SR 368 and Limeplant Road in Perry Township where Mansberger allegedly shot out the resident’s window with a BB gun.

Charges were filed in District Court 18-3-04.
