Emlenton Man Hospitalized After Crashing Motorcycle on Route 208

ELK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police report an Emlenton man was injured in a motorcycle crash on September 14 around 9:03 p.m. on State Route 208, in Elk Township, Clarion County.

According to police, Aaron L. Bailey, 24, of Emlenton, was traveling east on SR 208 on a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja ZX6-R between Fulton Road and Upper Elk Acres.

Bailey allegedly lost control of the motorcycle, traveled off the right side of the roadway, and overturned coming to a final rest along the eastbound berm of SR 208.

Police say Bailey suffered moderate injuries in the crash and was transported to Clarion Hospital by the Shippenville Volunteer Fire Department.

Bailey was cited with a traffic violation.

Clarion PSP were assisted at the scene by the Shippenville Volunteer Fire Department.
