Recent incidents investigated by Clarion-based State Police.

Retail Theft in Monroe Township

MONROE TWP., Pa. – On September 15, around 4:40 p.m., Lorenzo Ballesteros, 18, of Cresco, Pa., allegedly stole several items from Wal-Mart on Perkins Road in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

Retail Theft charges were filed in District Court 18-3-02.

Firearms Violation Investigation in Knox

KNOX, Pa. – An investigation has begun into an incident where known male attempted to purchase a firearm at Sportsmens Outfitter in Knox when he was not legally permitted to do so.

Police say the incident happened in April.

The investigation continues.

Trespassing in Clarion Towship

CLARION TWP., Pa. – State Police say a 17-year-old female is facing trespassing charges.

On September 17 around 7:05 p.m., the accused was found on the victim’s premises after being advised she was not permitted, according to police.
