BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say on September 29 an incident of Harassment occurred on State Route 338, in Beaver Township, Clarion County.

Police say sometime between 3:36 p.m. and 4:02 p.m. on September 29, 23-year-old Joy Winchester, of Joppa, MD, allegedly contacted a 45-year-old Knox victim continuously after being advised not to.
