WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State Police in Marienville are investigating an incident of Open Lewdness that occurred on September 30 in Washington Township, Clarion County.

Police say the incident took place around 3:00 p.m. when a 17-year-old Marble girl was traveling west on SR-208 and passed an eastbound Amish buggy operated by an unknown male.

As the victim passed the buggy, the male lifted his hips off the seat and pulled down his pants, exposing his genitals.

After the victim passed the buggy, she looked in the mirror and observed the male turning around, at which point she saw him raising his arm and pumping it up and down in celebratory fashion.

The victim continued west and went to her residence, where she reported the incident to her parents later that night. The victim’s father then contacted the State Police to file a report.

The incident remains under investigation.
