Police Release Details of Hawthorn Woman Accused of DUI in Porter Township

PORTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a DUI arrest was made on State Route 861, near Long Point Road, in Porter Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 5:38 a.m. on August 30, 30-year-old Tiffany Lee Everetts, of Hawthorn, was found to be DUI after a traffic stop.

A preliminary arraignment is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on November 5 in front of Magisterial District Judge Jeffrey C. Miller.

Accordng to court documents, Everetts faces the following offenses:

– DUI: Gen Imp/Inc of Driving Safely — 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
– DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+) 1st Offense, Misdemeanor
– Notice Of Change Of Name Or Address, Summary
– Fail to Notify Change in Address, Summary
– Careless Driving, Summary
– No Headlights, Summary
