CLARION COUNTY, Pa. – Daytime one-lane alternating traffic controlled by flaggers is in place to perform milling, paving, and widening operations on Route 38 from Emlenton Borough to Route 208.

Minor delays are possible. Drivers need to remain alert and slow down while driving through work zones. Remember to drive responsibility for your safety and the safety of the workers.

Work is weather dependent and will finish in the Spring 2015.

Work on this $2,783,038 resurfacing project is being constructed by Glenn O. Hawbaker, Inc.
