Short, a 6-4, 250-pound, defensive end from New Brighton, Pa., collected 11 tackles, 8 solo, posted 2 qb sacks for -20 yards and a total of 6 tfl’s for a -30 yards in the game.
“Brandon had a tremendous performance on Saturday,” said Eagle head coach Jay Foster. “He plays so hard and is so dedicated – this is a very deserving honor.”
On the season Brandon has collected 33 tackles, 7 sacks for -39 yards, 13 tfl’s for -53 yards, 1 fumble caused, blocked kick and fumble recovered. In his career he has 56 tackles, 14 tfl’s, 7 sacks, 1 fumble caused, recovered and a blocked kick.
Brandon is a Business Management major from New Brighton, Pa. and the son of Don and Kim Short.
