Jeremy L. Sweetapple, 30, of 317 Emerald St. Oil City, PA. died Monday Oct. 27, 2014 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh from injuries he received on Oct. 16, 2014 when he was hit in Franklin by an automobile.
Born April 6, 1984 in Denver, CO., he was the son of Thomas Sweetapple & Ronda Baird.
Jeremy was a graduate of Cranberry High School.
He was married on April 30, 2011 to Shannon C. McCullough and she survives.
Jeremy enjoyed fishing, building model cars with his kids and was actively involved in the Venango County Fatherhood Initiative.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his father & step mother Thomas & Janet Sweetapple of Franklin his mother Ronda Williams of Sun City, AZ, two children
Hayden Sweetapple and Alexia Sweetapple, a foster brother, Duane Myers of Sharon, two half sisters, Erika Vorse of Oil City, Tammy Kreif of TX, a half brother, Christopher Minich of Franklin, his grandparents Thomas & Carol Sweetapple, Ronald & Mary Dobson, Douglas & Marinell Cole.
Their will be no viewing or visitation.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The Reinsel Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
