Police Nab Clarion Woman for Allegedly Stealing Booze, Groceries

MONROE TWP., Pa. (EYT) – A Clarion woman in facing charges in connection with two separate thefts last night in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

State Police in Clarion say 39-year-old Melinda Glosser, of Clarion, allegedly attempted to leave Wal-Mart without paying for $338.24 worth of groceries and bath and beauty products.

While itemizing the products Glosser allegedly attempted to steal from Wal-Mart, it was discovered that she had three bottles of alcohol in her purse which she had allegedly stolen from the Wines and Spirits store located in Staples Plaza.

Charges were filed at District Court 18-3-02.
