Emlenton Woman Flees Scene After Car Slams into Utility Pole

CRANBERRY TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Franklin-based State Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Riverside Drive yesterday.

The accident happened around 1:02 a.m. when a 1995 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme operated by 37-year-old Tiffany M. Emert, of Emlenton, left the roadway and struck a utility pole.

Police say Emert fled the scene, but was apprehended a short time later.

She was cited for driving too fast.

Police also listed the nature of the accident as DUI-related.
