Donna Oberlander (R-Clarion/Armstrong/Forest) today to hold the position of caucus secretary for the 2015-16 legislative session. “I am honored to have been elected to serve as caucus secretary for the largest House Republican majority in nearly 60 years,” Oberlander said. “I look forward to working with my House Republican colleagues and the rest of the leadership team in advancing our legislative agenda to create jobs and reform government.” The responsibilities of caucus secretary include recording all official legislative activities in the House of Representatives. The new House leadership team will also consist of Speaker-designee Mike Turzai (R-Allegheny), Majority Leader Dave Reed (R-Indiana), Appropriations Chairman Bill Adolph (R-Delaware), Caucus Administrator Brian Ellis (R-Butler), Caucus Chairman Sandra Major (R-Susquehanna/Wayne), Caucus Policy Chairman Kerry Benninghoff (R-Centre/Mifflin), and Caucus Whip Bryan Cutler (R-Lancaster). The new leadership team will be installed when the House begins the 2015-16 session in January.
