To better understand the subject, on Thursday, November 6, Mr. Vincent invited the students to join his tenth grade Environmental Science class for the purpose of using microscopes. The fourth graders were amazed to look through microscopes at slides containing paramecium, euglena, amoeba, and algae. The tenth graders were very helpful and assisted their fourth grade partners with the microscopes and slides. As a follow up to the activity, the fourth graders wrote thank you notes and drew pictures of their favorite microorganism.
