Police Seek Information on Attempted Theft in Farmington Township

FARMINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say on November 13, an incident of attempted theft occurred on Rocky Grove Lane, in Crown, Farmington Township, Clarion County.

According to police, sometime between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on November 13, an incident of Criminal Attempt (Theft) and Criminal Mischief occurred when a known suspect attempted to pry open a large gun safe to remove prescription medication located within the safe.

The damage to the safe was estimated at $200.00.

The victim is a 70-year-old Crown man.
