FARMINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say a two vehicle accident occurred on November 20, on State Route 66, in Farmington Township, Clarion County

According to police, around 7:50 a.m. on November 20, a 16-year-old female, of Vowinckel, was traveling south in the village of Crown in a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado while Richard L. Green, 35, of Newark Valley, New York, was traveling north in a 2007 International 999 with an oversize load permit and a mobile home in tow while being escorted front and rear.

The vehicles struck each other near the center double yellow line on SR 66, about 607 feet south of Slater Road.

Both vehicles came to a controlled rest off the shoulders of both lanes of SR 66.

The teen’s vehicle was disabled and was towed from the scene, while the mobile home being hauled by Green’s vehicle also sustained damage.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

Neither the teen nor Green received injuries and did not require EMS assistance.

Snyder Towing assisted state police at the scene.

The investigation continues.
