Norma Jean Boyer, age 85, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2014 in Sebring, Florida.

She was born on January 24, 1929 in Franklin, Pennsylvania to the late Earl J. and Edna (Weeter) Atts. Norma worked for the Assessor’s office in the town of Horseheads, NY for 18 years until her retirement. She became a resident of Sebring in 1999 after retiring and was a member of First United Methodist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Norma is survived by her husband, Donald Boyer-Sebring, FL, son, Garry D. Boyer (Valerie)-Bloomfield Hills, MI and daughter, Cynthia Boyer-Green (Stewart)-Sebring, FL, three grandchildren, Melissa, Andrew and Katherine.
