LICKING TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, around 8:00 p.m. on November 24, a hit and run accident occurred on State Route 368, 312 feet north of Callensburg Road, in Licking Township, Clarion County.

Police say a 1993 Chevrolet 1500 was traveling west on SR 368 when the operator lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a left turn in the roadway.
