Sligo Man Escapes Injury in One-Vehicle Clarion Township Crash

CLARION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a one-vehicle crash occurred on November 21 at 8:56 a.m. on Stoney Lonesome Road, in Clarion Township, Clarion County.

According to police, the crash occurred as Zachary L. Bowser, 21, of Sligo, was traveling south on Stoney Lonesome Road in a 2006 Ford F-150.

Police say Bowser slid on ice as he was attempting to negotiate a left bend at the intersection of Siverling Road.

The vehicle struck a bridge rail and guide rail along the bridge on Stoney Lonesome Road, say police.

The collision caused disabling damage to the vehicle.

Bowser was wearing a seat belt at the time of the collision and was uninjured.
