BEAVER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say around 4:30 p.m. on November 26, an incident of Criminal Trespass allegedly occurred at a property along Knight School Road, in Beaver Township, Clarion County.

According to police, a citation was filed with District Court 18-3-03 charging 32-year-old Justin E. Bell, of Knox, with Criminal Trespass after he allegedly brought a hunting party onto posted property.

The victim is a 48-year-old man.
