PORTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say an incident of Harassment occurred on December 7, at a residence on Himes Road, in Porter Township, Clarion County.

According to police, a 26-year-old female victim reported that she was assaulted by her live-in boyfriend at their residence.

The victim reported to police that her boyfriend — a known 30-year-old male — kicked her and grabbed her around the neck when she attempted to leave the residence.

Police say a citation was filed at District Court 18-3-04 for charges of Harassment.

The name of the suspect was not released.
