Terry L. Foster, 61, of Oil City, PA. died at 8:54 P.M. Dec. 11, 2014 at UPMC-Presbyterian in Pittsburgh with his family by his side.

Born Dec. 29, 1952 in Oil City, He was the son of the late Barney & Laura Sterling Foster.

Terry attended Oil City Schools and later earned his GED certificate.

He enjoyed watching National Geographic, taking nature walks and watching the Cleveland Browns.

Terry is survived by two children: Brenda Lee Foster and Terri Lynn Newsome , both of Oil City, five grandchildren: Isaak Craig, Johnathan Myers, Caleb & Demetrius Coburn, and Dajia Newsome, five brothers: Bernard “Butch” Foster & his wife Dee, Dean Foster & his wife Patty, Dale Foster, David “Buddy” Foster, and Bobby Foster all of Oil City, four sisters: Thelma Carter of FL. Rita Zuck & her husband Kenneth of Oil City, Lila Shields and her companion Glenn of Greenville, and Cindy & Jim Kitelinger of Oil City.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Donlad Foster and a sister Florence”Kitten” Guyda.

There will be no viewing or visitation as per his wishes.

The family will have a celebration of life at a later date.
