Rollover Crash on Route 322, Driver Escapes Injury

CLARION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, around 6:07 a.m. on December 16, a one-car accident occurred on State Route 322 (28th Division Highway), 1132 feet north of North First Avenue, Clarion Township.

Police say 53-year-old David J. Christian, of Franklin, was traveling east on SR 322 in the left lane and passed a vehicle traveling uphill and attempted to re-enter the right lane.

Christian’s 2005 Subaru Impreza crossed the right lane, struck an embankment, and rolled onto its roof, according to police.

Christian was using a seat belt and was not injured.

He was charged with a traffic violation.

Clarion Hospital EMS and Clarion Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
