Edith Margaret Woodward, 94, of Oil City, died at 6:35 am Sunday, December 14, 2014, at Oakwood Heights.

Born December 30, 1919 in Redbank, she was a daughter of the late Frederick and Mary Emily McCollom Thomas.

She was married to Wayne Woodward, who preceded her in death in 1992.

Surviving are a sister, Janet Ann Dananay of Indianapolis IN; a brother, James Edward Thomas of Redbank; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she as preceded in death by a brother, Charles Frederick Thomas and a sister, Julia T. Clark.

There will be no visitation and service will be held at the convenience of the family.

Entombment will be in Sunset Hill Memorial Gardens.
