Police Release Details on Two-Vehicle Crash in Monroe Township

MONROE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, a one-vehicle accident occurred on Interstate 80 East, in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

Police say around 1:14 p.m. on December 18, 54-year-ol Earl A. Woodard, of Brockport, PA, and 25-year-old Andrew Tarr, of Pine Brook, NJ, were involved in the collision.

According to police Woodard, driving a 2009 Toyota Tundra, forced Tarr, driving a 2001 Honda Civic, off the road.

The Honda then struck a guide rail, police say.

Woodard was not injured.

Tarr suffered minor injuries.

Both drivers were using seat belts.

Woodard was charged with careless driving.
