SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — A preliminary hearing is scheduled for today for a 30-year-old Lucinda man who is facing 11 drug-related charges that include six felonies stemming from a CNET drug investigation.
Court documents indicate a preliminary hearing is scheduled for 30-year-old Stephen R. Crosby, of Lucinda, at 10:30 a.m. on December 30 in front of Magisterial District Judge Timothy P. Schill.
According to a criminal complaint, CNET members Peck and Ryan, along with PSP Troop C Vice Trooper Thomas and other PSP Clarion officers, conducted controlled drug purchases via confidential informants that occurred during the month of December, 2014.
The confidential informants allegedly purchased Schedule I and Schedule II Controlled Substances from Crosby.
PSP filed the following charges against Crosby:
– four counts of Manufacture, Delivery, or Possession With Intent to Manufacture or Deliver, Felony
– three counts of Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Person Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– two counts of Criminal Use Of Communication Facility, Felony 3
– two counts of Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
Unable to post $50,000.00 bail, Crosby remains lodged in the Clarion County Jail.
