Details of the Incident

These arrests stem from an incident that occurred around 11:26 p.m. on Saturday, December 13, when Oil City Police officers were dispatched to 307 Plummer Street in Oil City for a report of a burglary.

According to a criminal complaint, officers received a report of three male suspects who kicked in the door and then drove a black in color GMC Envoy into the porch of the home.

The complaint says witnesses/victims advised that Brown, Wade, and Mutzig arrived at the Plummer Street residence to confront the man inside the residence over a Facebook picture. The suspects allegedly kicked in the door of the residence after being told to leave, while attempting to fight and threaten the man inside the home.

The three suspects then proceeded to Clark Alley, beside the home where they allegedly caused moderate damage to a 2008 Honda Sedan and proceeded to break out a passenger side window and shatter the windshield of a 2006 maroon Chrysler.

According to the complaint, Wade allegedly entered his black in color GMC Envoy and hit a 1997 green Ford Ranger causing moderate damage. He also allegedly hit a 2001 PT Cruiser causing moderate damage to both doors on the passenger side.

He then allegedly proceeded to back out of Clark Alley and then drove his vehicle into the porch of 307 Plummer causing severe damage to the porch area and door.
