Terry Lee Sutley

Terry Lee Sutley, 64, a resident of 1816 Old Route 322, Utica, died peacefully at 10:55 AM Sunday, January 4, 2015 in the Park Avenue Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Meadville; following a period of declining health.

He was born September 18, 1950 in Franklin, a beloved son of the late: Wilbur B. and Doris Bickel Sutley.

Terry was a 1968 graduate of Franklin High School.

He had worked as a fine cabinetmaker with the Kraft Maid Corporation.

He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, golfing and bowling and most especially the companionship of his beloved Golden Retriever: Ranger. Terry enjoyed music; and had played guitar with a number of bands through the years.

He was a longtime member of the Canal Township Sportsman’s Club.

He is survived by a brother: Richard B. Sutley and his wife Sidney of Bessemer City, NC and by a sister: Patrice A. Rice and her husband John of Franklin; in addition to a niece and five nephews as well as other extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

In accordance of his wishes, there will be no public visitation.

Private funeral services, in celebration of his life, will be planned at the convenience of his family.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be directed in Terry’s name to: The American Diabetes Association.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Timothy E. Hartle Funeral Home, 1328 Elk Street, Franklin.
