Sally Ann Kunselman, 63, of Ringgold, PA, died Tuesday January 6, 2015 at her home.
Born August 9, 1951, in Youngstown, OH., she was the daughter of the late Florence Mooney Cable.
Sally was a 1969 graduate of Punxsutawney Area High School.
She was married to Russell W. Kunselman on August 10, 1991 in Walston, PA., he survives.
She was employed by Sara Gaul as a personal care giver until she retired in January of 2012.
Sally was a member of the First Church of God in Punxsutawney.
She enjoyed scrap booking, sewing, rock painting, crafts, reading and caring for people.
Along with her husband she is survived by a step mother-in-law, Phoebee Gelnette of Coolspring; a son, Jeremy (Lynn) Kunselman of Brookville; three daughters, Dana M (Scott) Pikula of Port Huron, MI., Tonya B. (Connie Trayer) Cable of Summerville, Shelby L. (Dale) Yeaney of Brookville; two brothers, James “Barney” (Linda) Cable, Robert “Skip” Cable both of FL.; a sister in law, Evelyn (Paul) Ross of Corsica; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews and her three dogs, Alex, Cody, and Buddy.
Sally is preceded in death by her mother.
Her family will receive friends on Saturday January 10, 2015, from 11 am — 1 pm at the Furlong Funeral Home, Gregory K. Furlong FD, corner of Broad St. and First Ave., Summerville.
The funeral service will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Greg Smith officiating.
Per the family’s request, memorial donations may be made to Cancer Fund at Dr. Silvas office.
Interment will be in the Circle Hill Cemetery, Punxsutawney Boro., Jefferson County, PA.
