Turzah B. Gardner, 75, of Harrisburg, formerly of Franklin, passed away at her residence on Thursday, January 15th.

Born July 25, 1939 in Franklin, Turzah was the daughter of the late William and Eugenia Fleming Atwell.

Turzah is survived by her son, Sean Gardner and his wife, Lisa, and her granddaughter, Lillian Gardner, all of Columbus, Ohio. She is also survived by her brothers, Terrell Atwell and his wife, Martha, of Brockport, and Eugene Atwell and his wife, Charlean, of New Castle; and her sisters, Florence Barker and her husband, Vern, of Titusville, Metta Banyas and her husband, Ray, of North Olmstead, Ohio, Twila Keane of Avon Lake, Ohio, and Areta Mong and her husband, Ken, of Franklin. Turzah is additionally survived by her sisters-in-law, Kathy Atwell of Windsor, Ohio and Beverly Atwell of Tiffin, Ohio; her brother-in-law, John Timmis of West Virginia; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Turzah was preceded in death by her brothers, Fleming Atwell and Arthur Atwell; her sister, Jessie Timmis; and her nephews, Paul Barker and Steven Atwell.

Funeral services for Turzah will be private and held at the convenience of her family. The Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin will be in charge of arrangements.
