Police Ask Public for Information on Theft in Madison Township

MADISON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, a Burglary occurred on Lobaugh Hill Road, in Madison Township, Clarion County.

Police say sometime between 2:00 p.m. on January 16 and 10:30 a.m. on January 17, an unknown perpetrator(s) gained access into an unlocked barn owned by a 43-year-old Rimersburg man. The perpetrator(s) stole two tables; an antique sausage stuffer; a display unit or case for goods; and a kerosene heater.

The perpetrator(s) also took an old furnace from the barn and placed it outside, proceeded to pull the stove pipe from the wall, and cleaned the ashes from the said pipe.

The unknown perpetrator(s) then left in an unknown direction in an unknown vehicle.
