Elaine H. Donovan, 81, of 41875 Thompson Run Rd. Titusville, passed away Sunday morning February 8, 2015 at her residence.

Elaine was born on May 13, 1933 in Oil City, a daughter of the late Harold Hull and Ada Hancox Smith. She was married to Jack E. Donovan on January 13, 1951 in Titusville. He preceded her in death on July 17, 1983.

Elaine had been a caregiver for 21 years. She had been last employed at ARC in Meadville until her retirement in 2007.

She was a member of the Hydetown Baptist Church. She enjoyed reading, watching movies and game shows, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Elaine is survived by a son Jack L. Donovan and wife Penny of Titusville; four daughters, Kathy Berlin and husband Joseph, Tina Cairns and husband Steve, Brenda Harmon, and Carrie Oakes and husband Randy, all of Titusville; 18 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; a great great grandson; a brother, Callen Hull of Oil City; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Jack E. Donovan and Guy Berlin; and a granddaughter, Amanda Cairns.
Friends may call at the Gordon B. Garrett Funeral Home 303 N. Washington St. Titusville on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and attend the funeral service there on Thursday at 11:00 AM with Mr. Gordon Turk officiating.

Interment will be in Union Cemetery.
