Regis J. “Pete” Reisinger, 75, of Lucinda passed away unexpectedly at his home on February 16, 2015.

Born on October 13, 1939 in Lucinda he was the son of Anthony and Anna Mary Guth Reisinger.

Pete attended St. Joseph School in Lucinda.

He served in the United States Army from 1961 to 1963. Upon his return Pete became a truck driver and worked for Amslers, Motter and Guth, R&H Corporation, and finally for Regal Services of Ripley NY. He retired from Regal Services in 2005.

Pete loved to hunt, and spend time in the outdoors. He also enjoyed attending auctions.

He was a member of the Fryburg Sportsman’s Club.

Pete is survived by a brother James Reisinger and his wife Mary of Pleasantville, PA; a brother Eugene Reisinger and his wife Agnes of Gilbert, AZ; a brother Paul Reisinger and his wife Cindy of Erie, PA; a sister Mary Ann Whitling and her husband John of Lucinda, PA; a sister Catherine Ditz and her husband Charles of Warren, PA; and a sister Rita Eisenman and her husband Steve of Tuscon, AZ. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Dennis and a sister Lucille.

Friends are invited to attend a Mass of a Christian Burial to be held at 10 am on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at St. Joseph Church in Lucinda, with Rev. Joesph Czarkowski Pastor of St. Joseph Church Church as the celebrant.

Interment will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorials in Pete’s honor may be made to St. Joseph Window Fund.
