PORTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say an incident of Criminal Trespass occurred between 2:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. on February 21, in Porter Township, Clarion County.
According to police, the incident occurred as a 57-year-old New Bethlehem man, a 24-year-old New Bethlehem man, and a known adult male operated snowmobiles on the Redbank Valley Trail.
The trail is clearly marked to prohibit motorized vehicles, police say.
The names of the suspects were not released.
