TOBY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say around 5:39 p.m. on February 25, an incident of Harassment occurred at a residence along Reigel School Road, in Toby Township, Clarion County.

According to police, after being told not to contact a 25-year-old Rimersburg woman, 30-year-old Corey A. Rankin, of Strattanville, allegedly continued to contact her.

Police say a citation was filed with District Court 18-3-04.
