RICHLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) – State Police in Clarion have released details surrounding a two-vehicle accident in Richland Township, Clarion County.

Police say the accident happened around 3:11 p.m. on February 27 when a 2003 Pontiac Vibe operated by Eunice M. Lieberum, 73, of St. Petersburg, struck the rear of a 2005 Peterbilt tractor trailer operated by Michael L. Minium, 48, of Knox.

Police say Minium was stopped to make a left turn at the time of the accident.

Lieberum could not see the trailer’s lights because they were covered in dirt, according to police.

Both drivers escaped injury.

No citations were issued.
