TIONESTA, Pa. — West Forest Family Career & Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) received a Farm to School grant.

Mrs. Beatty applied funds from a Farm to School grant to make French onion dip.

Organic shallots from Edible Earth Farms were used in the dip.

Cara and Emily were among the members of the group that distributed samples which were made by members of the school’s Advanced Family and Consumer Science and Family and Consumer Science 9 classes.

This is the first of five tastings which students will receive through the grant.
