CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Pennsylvania State Police have released a Megan’s Law Alert notifying residents that a registered sex offender has reported an address in Strattanville, Clarion County.

According to the PA State Megan’s Law website, Terry Allen Best, 38, is now living at a residence in Strattanville Borough.

Best is white, 5’5″, 138 lbs., with brown eyes and brown hair.

He was convicted of Aggravated Indecent Assault in May of 1996.

Best is not wanted by police.

Best is registered as a Tier 3 sex offender, which is the most serious classification.
