MONROE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, around 8:30 a.m. on March 9, a hit and run accident occurred on March 9 around 8:30 a.m. in the Primary Health Care parking lot, off of Pinnacle Drive in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

According to police, a 2003 Dodge Caravan parked in the Primary Health Care parking lot struck was struck by a vehicle operated by an unknown person

The unknown person causing the crash then fled the scene without giving notice of the crash.
