CALLENSBURG BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police investigated an incident of a violation of a child custody agreement that occurred around 6:00 p.m. on March 13, in Callensburg Borough, Clarion County.

According to police, a 28-year-old Callensburg woman violated a child custody agreement with a known 31-year-old Parker man.

There are no charges pending, police say.

The name of the suspect was not released.
