Traffic Stop on Greenville Pike Leads to Philadelphia Man’s Arrest for Outstanding Warrant

LIMESTONE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — According to Clarion-based State Police, around 10:40 p.m. on March 12, an outstanding criminal warrant was served following a traffic stop on Greenville Pike, on State Route 66, in Limestone Township, Clarion County.

Police say a traffic stop was conducted due to several traffic violations, and 23-year-old Vestril St. James, of Philadelphia — who was a passenger in the vehicle — was taken into custody based on an outstanding criminal warrant in Indiana County, Pa.

According to police, St. James was transported and lodged in the Clarion County Jail awaiting extradition to Indiana County.

The operator of the vehicle, 22-year-old Ali T. Alrebh, of Saudi Arabia, was issued a traffic citation.
