Leslie W. Shoup, 50, of Foxburg Rd., Parker, Allegheny Twp., Butler Co., passed away unexpectedly Saturday evening, March 21, 2015.

Born in Butler on June 19, 1964, Leslie was the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth Seybert Shoup.

Leslie was a 1982 graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School. She was a member of the Foxburg United Methodist Church. She was the owner of Outback Studio Sign Company and was also employed at Fisher’s Greenhouse in Emlenton. Leslie was a talented artist beyond her sign company, participating in many local craft fairs. She regularly won awards for her photography.

She was devoted to her family and considered her friends as family. Leslie and her dog, Russell were never apart.

Leslie is survived by her parents, two sisters, Karen D. Shoup of Wrightsville, PA and Julie A. Healey of Calera, Alabama, as well as a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at the Hile Funeral Home Inc., 1204 Kerr Ave., Emlenton, at 12:00 Noon on Wednesday with the Rev. Dan Myers, pastor of the Foxburg United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be in Allegheny Cemetery, Allegheny Twp., Butler Co.
