Suspect Under Investigation for Burglary, Forgery; Drug Paraphernalia Seized During Search

FARMINGTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police are investigating a case of Drug Possession and Paraphernalia and Theft, Fraud, and Forgery at two separate houses both located on Rocky Grove Road, in Crown, Farmington Township, Clarion County.

Around 2:30 p.m. on March 23, Marienville State Police were summoned to respond to a residence on Rocky Grove Road, in Crown, at the request of Clarion County Adult Probation, police say.

CCAP officers arrived at the last known address while attempting to locate a known suspect in reference to an active probation warrant. It was at this time that CCAP officers conducted a search of the known suspect’s living quarters and discovered 24 used hypodermic needles, two empty Fentanyl and three empty Suboxone wrappers, all of which were seized by CCAP officers, according to police.

Also, while at the scene, two Crown victims, also of Rocky Grove Road, reported that from approximately October 1, 2014, to date, the known suspect has stolen various household items, TV’s, a laptop computer, video games, along with prescription drugs and US currency (cash) from their property or residence, police say.

The victims further reported that the known suspect has stolen bank checks and forged and cashed them.

The suspect’s name was not released.

The investigation continues.
