Redbank Township Man Interrupts Attempted Burglary; Suspect Flees into Wooded Area

REDBANK TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, around 2:14 p.m. on March 23, an Attempted Burglary occurred at a residence on Frost Hill Road, in Redbank Township, Clarion County.

Police say the victim — a 75-year-old Delmont man — interrupted a burglary at his residence located at the above described location.

According to police, when the victim arrived at the residence, the perpetrator fled the scene on foot into a heavily wooded area.

An extensive search was conducted by state and local police with negative results, police say.

The perpetrator was described as a white male bearing a brown Carhartt jacket and blue jeans, according to police.
