OI1629970140_JeanMcFadden001Laurie Jean Stalker McFadden, 61, of Parker passed away suddenly early Monday morning (03-30-15) at her residence of natural causes.

Born in Butler, Pa. on Dec. 30, 1953, she was the daughter of Dorothy Stewart Stalker of Parker and the late Frank L. Stalker.

She was protestant by faith, and a graduate of the Karns City High School.

Jean was a former manager at Co-Go’s at Emlenton, and had been employed at the former Rodger’s Market and Parker House Hotel, both in Parker.

She was a social member of the VFW at Parker.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter Shannon (Lonny) Stewart of Boyers, and her sons Billy (Whitney) McFadden of East Brady, Jesse McFadden of Pennsylvania, and

Jamie McFadden in Ukraine. She is also survived by her longtime companion and best friend, Jeffrey Hilliard with whom she resided, and two sisters, Reida “Cookie” Stalker of Emlenton and Saundra (Michael) Heeter of Knox.

Also surviving are five grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Alan Scott Stalker.

Friends may call today (Wednesday) from 5:30 to 8:30 PM at H. Jack Buzard Funeral Home, 201 So. Wayne Ave., Parker where funeral services will be held at 8:30 PM.

Interment will be in Perryville Cemetery at convenience of family.
