CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – Pennsylvania State Police have released Megan’s Law Alert notifying residents that a registered sex offender has reported an address in Knox, Clarion County.

According to the PA State Megan’s Law website, Joel Lee Best Jr., 25, is now living at a residence on East Railroad Street in Knox Borough.

Best is white, 5’9″, 150 lbs., with brown eyes and red or auburn hair.

He was convicted of Indecent Assault in March of 2011.

Best is not wanted by police.

He is registered as a Tier 1 sex offender.
