Brockway Woman Allegedy Holds Gun to Man’s Head, Threatens to Shoot Him

SNYDER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — DuBois-based State Police say a Brockway woman was arrested for Reckless Endangering Another Person and related charges following an alleged incident that occurred on Beechton Road, in Snyder Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, after a verbal altercation, 45-year-old Lisa Kay Patton, of Brockway, allegedly held a handgun to a 47-year-old man’s head and threatened to shoot him.

The incident occurred around 8:43 p.m. on March 24.

Court documents indicate Patton has been charged with the following offenses:

  • Simple Assault
  • Terroristic Threats W/Intent To Terrorize Another
  • Recklessly Endangering Another Person (Misdemeanor 2)
  • Harassment — Course of Conduct W/No Legitimate Purpose (Summary)

Unable to post $50,000.00 bail (Monetary 10%), she was placed in the Jefferson County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on April 8 in front of Magisterial District Judge David B. Inzana.
