Trooper Tate Interviews Victim

According to a criminal complaint, Trooper Allison Tate of PSP Clarion conducted an interview with the female victim on March 24 at the garage located on Bauer Road where the motorcycle had allegedly been stolen.

The victim told Trooper Tate that she left the garage on March 23 at approximately 3:00 p.m. and returned to the garage on March 24 at approximately 6:00 p.m., the complaint states

The motorcycle had been parked in the rear center of the garage with a cover over it when the victim left the garage on March 23. The motorcycle — which had the number 45 on the number plate on each side — was raced by the victim’s now college-aged son while he was in high school, continues the complaint.

Victim’s Son Locates Stolen Motorcycle

According to the criminal complaint, Trooper Tate received a text message from the victim’s son on April 4 around 10:10 p.m. with a picture of his motorcycle at the car wash in Sligo, Pa. The victim’s son was able to positively identify the motorcycle as belonging to his mother.

Through an interview with the owner of a home near the car wash, Trooper Tate was able to determine Felmlee had allegedly brought the motorcycle to the location, the complaint states.

Felmlee Allegedly Gives Written Statement on Theft of Motorcycle

On April 10, Trooper Tate interviewed Felmlee at PSP Clarion, according to the complaint.

During the interview, Felmlee was read his Miranda Rights, and he allegedly provided police with a written statement that indicated he and another individual had broken into the building and stole the motorcycle, the complaint continues.
