State Police Calls: Criminal Trespass, Firearms Act Violation, Property Found

CLARION COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police recently responded to the following calls:

Criminal Trespass in Millcreek Township

Clarion-based State Police say an incident of Criminal Trespass occurred sometime between April 7 and April 11 at a location on Fisher Road, in Millcreek Township, Clarion County.

According to police, the incident occurred as unknown actor(s) entered a 33-year-old Clarion woman’s residence.

Police say no crime was detected inside the residence.

A truck cap belonging to a 32-year-old Leeper man was stolen from the surrounding property.

The investigation is ongoing.

Firearms Act Violation at WalMart in Monroe Township

According to Clarion-based State Police, a Firearms Act Violation occurred on December 9, 2014, at Walmart in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

Police say Steven Dean Brewer, 55, of Clarion, allegedly attempted to purchase a firearm at Walmart.

Brewer was denied the purchase due to a prior criminal history.

Motorcycle Helmet Found in Clarion Township

Clarion-based State Police say a full-faced motorcycle helmet was found on April 12 in Clarion Township, Clarion County.

According to police, the helmet was found on the side of the roadway on State Route 322.
