Mrs. Julia E. Jones, 93, of Union Street, Titusville, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at Titusville Golden Living Center.

Mrs. Jones was born in Titusville on July 8, 1921 to the late John and Mary Sitarz.

She graduated from Colestock High School, Class of 1939.

Julia married Mr. William L. Jones on December 24, 1949 in Oil City.

She was a member of St. Walburga Church. She enjoyed gardening and had a love for dogs.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband, William; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Frances Wright and Barbara Pratt.

Friends may call at the Hennes – Garrett Funeral Home, 203 E. Main Street, Titusville, PA 16354, on Friday from 12 to 2 PM with the service to follow with Chaplain Mark Jewett officiating.

Interment is at St. Catherine’s Cemetery.
